Reporting Accidents and Incidents
Access the online reporting system.
Safety on our campus and in our communities is everyone's responsibility. By recognizing
and reporting behavior you believe to be a potential concern, you can help our community
members get the assistance and services they might need. If you must print an accident
report to fill it out, go to the (Public Safety, Emergency Planning, EHS)"Forms" link
in the left hand navigation bar on this page and then click Accident Report (document).
